About Iccc
English (USA)

The purpose of this list is to serve as a forum for discussion of indigenous Chinese models of counseling. As China's mental health program continues to emerge and the dialogue with the West
increases, we believe that indigenous models need serious consideration. This list encourages posts of relevant resources in terms of persons, articles and conferences. The China Christian Council has encourage
d the development of theological perspectives which considers seriously the Chinese social, political and historical context. The managers of this forum wish to facilitate discussion of Chinese perspectives on psychological issues including developmental models, psychopathology, psychotherapy, mental health services and consultation. Please feel free to post comments in Chinese or English. We ask that bilingual members
of the list translate for the other members of the list. This list is being created by Yang Yuchuan, Gulan Zhong and Al Dueck
